At The Handmade House, every item is crafted with care by independent local makers. Because 100% of each sale goes directly to the vendor, we are unable to offer refunds.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to make it right by arranging a direct exchange for another item from the same vendor, of equal value.
Please note:
  • No cash refunds or credit will be issued.
  • Exchanges are only available for damaged items or approved special cases.
  • All exchanges must be for an item from the same vendor as the original purchase.
