Pick up at The Handmade House

When you receive your pick up notification you can come to the designated shop any time during our hours of operation. Our staff at the front desks will be able to assist you.

If you would like to pick up your order without coming into the shop, simply call the when you arrive. All orders will be packed and ready to go when you arrive. 

 

Processing times

Orders that are placed are processed and typically ready for pick-up within 1- 2 business days. For example, if your order is placed on Monday, it will likely be ready and processed for Wednesday pick-up.

In special cases, we can have your order ready for you on the same day. Kindly let us know when you need your order by emailing us, calling the shop, or by reaching out on our social media.

 

Shipping 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing in-stock orders and to receive confirmation of order shipment. If you order something on pre-order we will email you as soon as we have an exact date for shipment as well as when your package is processed. 

Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. Should your package bounce back from customs we are not liable for the fees.

As our products are handmade by local artisans, no two items are identical. Products may differ from their stock photos online.
