Shipping + Deliveries
We offer different methods of shipping and delivery to suit your needs. Our available delivery options are flat rate shipping for $9.99 and free local instore pickup at either our Dundas or Burlington stores.
Pick up at The Handmade House
When you receive your pick up notification you can come to the designated store any time during our hours of operation. Our staff at the front desks will be able to assist you.
If you would like to pick up your order without coming into the store, simply call the applicable location when you arrive. All orders will be packed and ready to go when you arrive.
Shipping
If you chose shipping, your product will be shipped as soon as someone is in store to collect your items. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification from us.
Processing times
Orders that are placed are processed and ready for pick-up usually within 1- 2 days. For example, if your order is placed on Monday, it will likely be ready and processed for Wednesday pick-up.
In special cases, we can have your order ready for you on the same day. Kindly let us know when you need your order by emailing us, calling the store, or by reaching out on our social media.
Unique and Handmade Items
As our products are handmade by local artisans, no two items will be identical. Products might differ from their stock photos online.
